We had these guys come and apply a specialty coating to a couple of rooms. All kinds of promises of happiness to be had when the job is done. They had alright communication through the project and shortly after. They were paid heftily for the project due to time constraints and project's high needs. And then it went downhill.Right after the project completed, I requested a return visit due to some of the basecoat of paint and the coating coming off in some areas with the masking tape. A hearty, "Yes definitely", as seen in the pic. Then it was six weeks of excuses, so and so is "out of town", we have CoVid, he will be there this day (no show), oh he will be there this day (no show) and then the holy grail: blaming others!Then we got the, "it will cost more money because the tape job wasn't good." This was the very same tape job they accepted when they started the project, and that was mentioned per the text to start with and agreed to do touch ups.The job overall was done fairly well. They cost more than my lawyer per hour worked. Customer service and follow up - TERRIBLE. Based on customer service I want to give 1 star, but the work was performed. I have to get someone else to do the touch ups. They did go back to clean the mess they left on the outlets, switches, thermostat, etc. While they came back to do that, they couldn't do the small amount of touch ups without charging. Ridiculous, but you be the judge.
